Tuition with Scott Breton

In-Person (Brisbane or by elsewhere by arrangement)

I run in-person studio courses in Brisbane at the studio of the Royal Queensland Art Society, Petrie Terrace, as well as doing workshops for high schools, universities and art groups. If you would like me to teach a workshop or mentor your students, please contact me here.

Online Courses:

I have an online course about anatomy and figure drawing. This integrates with a high quality 3D printed skeleton that allows muscles and other masses to be built onto it - a very enjoyable and efficient way to get to grips with artistic anatomy.

I am developing a course about figurative composition with notes available here (currently a free resource), and will be delivered in person in Brisbane over 5 Saturdays from the 14th of October 2023

Mentoring:

I currently do group mentoring once a month on Mastrius.com which is a cost effective way to get individual feedback and learn alongside other students (at time of writing, this was a subscription of $64 USD per month which includes the monthly 2 hour group session, an unmentored group session that I sometimes attend, and various other benefits from the Mastrius platform).

I am also available for one-on-one mentoring via zoom for $75USD / $100AUD per hour by appointment. Whether you want feedback on your work, would like to pick my brains about how I executed a certain artwork or simply want the support of a fellow artist, you can apply to be mentored here.
