Free Session (in-person)

I am part of a free in-person mentoring session at Royal Queensland Art Society this Saturday 25th July

Drop in and have a chat or get feedback on your artwork with me or one of the other RQAS Fellows included in the show.

You can see two of my paintings on show there with the Fellows show.

If there is interest I can do a short demo on some aspect of artistic anatomy or head structure.

If you've been thinking of doing mentoring or classes with me in some capacity, this is a great time to have a chat in person.

Going forward, options for working with me:

Individual Mentoring (online over Google Meet)

Focused on whatever you need help with – from technical to creative and strategic.

We meet on Google Meet (similar to Zoom) and can talk or I can do digital demos or digital paint overs to show you how I would proceed with one of your paintings

Most people find one hour at a time a good option.

Totally flexible, tailored to what you need.

$75 AUD per hour or $330 for 5 hours

Online Group mentoring (online over Google Meet)

I have been doing monthly group sessions for some time now, these are a great chance to meet other artists and share their journey, wins and challenges together.

As for individual mentoring, I am always happy to chat about your plans or struggles, or do digital demos or paint overs to show you how I would proceed with particular pieces.

$50 AUD for a 2 hour session, usually around 5 participants.

FGA online mentoring

Focused on the topics associated with the Form, Gesture, Anatomy Course, this newly formed group session will offer specific reference for participants to focus on for their drawing and anatomy studies.

As for other sessions, I will offer digital paint overs to offer guidance on your drawings as well as digital demos as per your requests.
