Classes in Brisbane

When: Classes are run in Brisbane on Mondays 

Where: The classes are operated from the Atelier Art Classes studio in Salisbury, Brisbane.

How much:  Fees are in line with the other classes at Atelier Art Classes, currently set at:

Fees: (In Australian Dollars AUD)

Casual Standard 3 hour class: $45

2 x 3hr Classes in one day Standard: $80

5 x 3hr Class Pass: $200

A 10% discount is available for Secondary and Tertiary students with a current student card

Class Structure:

In these classes, each student individually works through their selected course with the regular assistance and feedback.   Scott cycles through assisting  the students in the class, returning multiple times per session.   This means students receive a lot of individual attention while also benefitting from independent practise during class time and seeing the work, questions and feedback from students who are more and/or less advanced than themselves, placing their own course in a broader context.  Some of Scott's students started with him as complete beginners several years ago, and now continue class with him working on quite sophisticated compositions in a more independent way with more subtle critiques.

Since the courses are delivered individually within the classroom environment, students can begin at any time during the term time.  Simply look at the available courses, and send a message via the Contact Form to request enrolment - I will confirm that space is available within 24 hours.  If you are not sure where you should begin, send me a message with your art training or experience, and I can advise you based on this information.  In general, I suggest one of the drawing courses, which are suitable for beginners but also benefit more advanced students because they explore fundamental skills and knowledge of form and tonal drawing in a very thorough way.
