One pose will be held by Mina for both sessions. There will be a few warm up poses at the start of each session and then we will do the long pose for the duration, allowing more time to correct, resolve and render the pose in light and shade.

How it works:

If you are owed a class or 2 classes due to an issue from my end or the covid cancelation earlier in the year, or for some other reason you are owed a class outright, please choose the appropriate number from the drop down options (“Free” options)

If you have missed a class or 2 classes due to an issue from your end, please choose the appropriate number (“Paid Catchup” each one costs $15 to help me cover the costs of running extra classes)

If you have chosen from these ones above and would also like to attend the other session, please select this as the “Regular” or “Student” class in the drop down. This also applies if you have not missed any sessions and would just like to attend the class(es).
